In this video, we'll go over some best practices, general information, and how-to tips when utilizing the campaign dashboard. Including how to use the graph and understand your results.
Filtering the data
There are multiple ways to filter the data on your graph in order to gain specific insights on your campaign's performance. These include:
- By Time Frame :
- This option is located at the top above the graph. by clicking on the dropdown arrow, it will allow you to explore results based on previous month, 90 days, year or a custom date range.
- By Name:
- In the upper left corner on the side panel (if your panel is hidden you can click on the three lines to reveal it) is a search bar, you can use this to search for a specific campaign and display the results of said campaign.
- By Status:
- Right below the search bar are several boxes that you can check or uncheck. Checking these will either include or exclude certain campaigns from your graph. This tool can be helpful if you want to only view results from active campaigns or past ones.
- By Organization:
- This option is particularly useful for advertisers who are using Qujam for multiple clients. With it, you can check which organization you want to see results for and which ones to exclude, helping you understand your clients campaign performance.
