Understanding the data

On your graph there are several data points that can be used to help interpret your campaign results. Understanding these are essential to optimizing your campaign. Additionally, you can see the total numbers for a single campaign using the cards under the graph.

  • Impressions:
    • Impressions are the total number of times that your ad/s were seen across websites and apps. Impressions are counted when your ad is placed anywhere that has ad inventory.
  • Clicks:
    • Clicks are whenever someone clicks on your ad and goes to your landing page. Most Ads are clickable with the exception of OTT streaming ads.
  • Actions:
    • Actions in this case are conversions, or when someone sees your ads and goes to your physical location. You must have conversions selected to see this data.
  • CPA (cost per action):
    • This shows the average cost you spend in order to get a conversion.
  • CPC (cost per click):
    • This shows the average cost you spent in order for someone to click your ad.
  • CTR (clickthrough rate):
    • This is the percentage of people who saw your ads and then clicked on them.
  • CPM (cost per thousand):
    • This is the average cost you spent in order for your ads to generate 1000 impressions.
  • Spend:
    • This is the total amount of money your campaign spent on that day.

Tip: You can filter the results of your graph at any point by clicking on any of the colored labels to hide/reveal that data.

Filtering the data

There are multiple ways to filter the data on your graph in order to gain specific insights on your campaign's performance. These include:

  • By Time Frame :
    • This option is located at the top above the graph. by clicking on the dropdown arrow, it will allow you to explore results based on previous month, 90 days, year or a custom date range.
  • By Name:
    • In the upper left corner on the side panel (if your panel is hidden you can click on the three lines to reveal it) is a search bar, you can use this to search for a specific campaign and display the results of said campaign.
  • By Status:
    • Right below the search bar are several boxes that you can check or uncheck. Checking these will either include or exclude certain campaigns from your graph. This tool can be helpful if you want to only view results from active campaigns or past ones.
  • By Organization:
    • This option is particularly useful for advertisers who are using Qujam for multiple clients. With it, you can check which organization you want to see results for and which ones to exclude, helping you understand your clients campaign performance.
