Video Walkthrough

In this video, we'll go over some best practices, general information, and how-to tips to launch, trouble shoot, or edit your geofence adveritsing campaign once you are ready for it to go live.

Failure to Launch

  • Don't see the "Launch" button?
    • If you don't see the "Launch" button on the "Review your Campaign" screen, that means you are missing some key element(s) in order to launch the campaign; such as: ad creative, landing page URL, geofence(s), campaign name, etc... You will need to have all required elements in order to launch your campaign.
  • How to Get the Right Elements?
    • Read the helpful text on the "Review your Campaign" page to help identify what required element(s) is missing.  Then, use the "Previous" button to go back to the section that needs attention.  It's a good idea to review your entire campaign to be safe.  Once all required elements are in place, you will see the "Launch" button and are able to push the campaign live.
  • Still not seeing the "Launch" button?

What Happen After I Launch?

  • The Home Dashboard
    • Whether you launched the campaign or not, you'll be able to find your saved campaign in the home dashboard. The status of your campaign can be viewed here and include the following stages:
      • Draft: When a campaign is created, but has never been launched.
      • Pending: When a campaign has been pushed to launch and is under review by Qujam and our 3rd party partners.
      • Waiting: When a launched campaign has passed our review, but the start date is still in the future.
      • Active: When a campaign is actively collecting devices from the geofences and serving them ads.
      • Stopped: When you have stopped an active campaign.
      • Ended: When a campaign has completed it's end date and is no longer active.
    • Once a campaign is active, you'll be able to expand it's campaign card to see the live data. This data includes; spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, CPM, and CPC.
  • Qujam's review process
    • There are laws and regulations that geofence advertising campaigns must adhear to.  By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree to keep up with these laws and regulations. As a added measure, all Qujam campaigns go through a review process where the geofences, ad creative, landing page, and advertiser are looked at by real people to ensure compliance.  This is the only non-automated component of Qujam.  The review process may take up to one full business day.
