Professional
Jeff Swartz is the leader and founder behind Qujam, driven by a philosophy that true success is achieved by positioning teammates, clients, and partners to realize their fullest potential. This ethical, results-first approach was the bedrock of his career, which began long before the launch of Qujam. After graduating from the University of Dayton with a focus on Electronic Media and Marketing, Jeff spent nearly a decade honing his talents on the front lines of the media industry, with key roles at CBS Television in Dallas and Pittsburgh, and in the media department of the award-winning agency, The Levenson Group. This experience, combined with capital gained from his early successful ventures in real estate investment, empowered him to launch his first enterprise, Ethic Advertising Agency, as a focused, one-person operation in 2014. He grew Ethic to an 18 person ad agency and successfully sold it to Blink Advertising in 2024. Jeff remained on as a partner for a year at Blink Advertising before successfully exiting again to focus full-time on Qujam in September 2025.
His journey has evolved from being an all-in-one founder to an industry educator and a sophisticated platform developer. Jeff has been recognized individually and with his companies by prestigious bodies like the Telly, Hermes, Marcom, and other awards, underscoring his commitment to excellence in advertising. His passion for sharing knowledge through keynotes, guest lectures, and consulting led him to realize the need for a more efficient, accessible ad-tech solution. This insight served as the catalyst for founding Qujam, an innovative company that leverages his deep expertise in precise location intelligence and addressable targeting to empower businesses with self-served, data-driven advertising platforms, representing the next logical evolution in his career of kind boldness and relentless efficiency.
Additionally, following earning his MBA in 2025 from Louisiana State University Shreveport, Jeff became an adjunct professor in the Palumbo-Donahue School of Business at Duquesne University. Jeff authored the book, The Intentional Leap: Lessons and Learnings for Newer Entrepreneurs, and is the head consultant for professional service based business leaders through Intentional Leap Consulting.
Personal
Jeff’s primary source of motivation and enjoyment lies outside the office, anchored by his commitment to his family. He and his wife, Elizabeth, are the proud parents of a daughter, Quinn, and a son, Jameson, names that serve as a personal, subtle inspiration for the Qujam brand itself. Whether it’s traveling together, tackling home improvement projects, or simply relaxing with their dog, Kip, Jeff values the time spent recharging and connecting with his loved ones, ensuring he brings a balanced and refreshed perspective to his leadership role every day.
Beyond his family life, Jeff is deeply committed to both continuous learning and community engagement. He is constantly involved in learning and teaching opportunities, demonstrating his dedication to mastering the evolving landscape of business and innovation. This commitment to growth is mirrored in his desire to give back; Jeff currently sits on the communication committee for Animal Friends, coaching his kid's sports teams, and other volunteer opportunities. His personal life is characterized by the same principled balance he brings to his professional endeavors—active pursuit of goals, coupled with a humble recognition of the importance of community and ethical contribution. His hobbies include golf, physical fitness, coin/metal collecting, cooking, traveling, and renovation projects.
